How much time does SweeTimber need to prepare and ship my order?

Most paid orders that arrive before 12:00 pm are shipped on the same day. Although due to the complexity of the logistics system when combining several warehouses, sometimes some orders can be delayed 24 / 48h.

The delivery time will depend on the selected transport company and the destination country.

To which countries can I send my orders?

SweeTsimber is automated and sent to almost every country in the world by express courier. Although where the prices are really competitive is in shipments to Europe; thanks to the free movement without borders and to be able to make terrestrial shipments (and avoid the high air costs).

Can you ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

What does the delivery cost include for deliveries outside the European Union or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

For deliveries outside the European Union or the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla do not include customs charges at destination or other taxes (tariffs), if any, the recipient will be responsible for them, as well as being responsible for all the import expenses and taxes that are generated at the destination customs, whether the goods are delivered to you or not taken over. An attempt will be made to send the order in the shortest possible time, but the recipient must take into account the dispositions of the country of destination for the import of the requested items, since SweeTimber has no responsibility over them. Neither will be attributable to SweeTimber the effects produced by strikes, armed conflicts or other circumstances beyond its control. SweeTimber will not be responsible for the delays in the customs clearance, nor for if the local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in a shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

1- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The art. 68.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users establishes the existence of the Right of Withdrawal, the faculty of the consumer and user to leave without effect the contract entered into, thus notifying the other contracting party within the period established for the exercise of that right, without needing to justify its decision and without penalty of any kind.

It is the obligation of the contracting employer to make available to the consumer or user a Document of Withdrawal (Art.69.1 RDLG 1/2007).

The term available to the consumer or user to exercise this right will be 14 days, which will be computed from the date of receipt of the product by the buyer or date of collection of an external agency in our facilities (Art.71 RDLG 1 / 2007).

The expenses generated by the return of the product will be borne by the buyer (Art. 101.1 RDLG 1/2007).

The customer must complete the withdrawal document and send it to the email address: info@sweetimber.com You must also put a copy inside the box to return to the following address: that we indicate.

Conditions of withdrawal:

1. It is necessary that the product has not been opened or used and keep its seal or original packaging intact.

2. SweeTimber will reimburse the sums paid by the same form of payment with which the purchase was made, with the exception of the transportation costs generated in the order. SweeTimber will not accept any return postage due.

3. The refund of the amount paid by the applicant will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not proceed outside the indicated term nor on products subject to fluctuations of a market not controlled by SweeTimber, nor on perishable objects, objects that can be easily reproduced with immediate character or that by their nature can not be returned. Nor shall the withdrawal on merchandise or orders that may be considered for their special characteristics as requested by the customer. For this it is necessary that THE CLIENT contacts the Customer Service Department and details the reasons for the return.

Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings, disks and computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user, as well as computer files, supplied electronically, capable of being downloaded or reproduced, are exempt from the right of withdrawal. with immediate character for permanent use.

 

2- GUARANTEE:

All the products offered on the SweeTimber website have 2 years of official manufacturer’s warranty from the order confirmation.

For any return in WARRANTY, send an email to info@sweetimber.com with the following information;

• Product reference

• Original order number where the purchase was made (confirmation always arrives via email)

• Photographs (in case of breaks or deformations)

In the event that the customer detects an anomaly or malfunction of the product received, he may opt for the repair first. Our Customer Service department will facilitate contact with the nearest Official Technical Service.

Once the visit of the Official Technical Service has been made, and in the event that the latter certifies with a written report the impossibility of said repair, the client may opt for the replacement. In case this assumption is disproportionate for SweeTimber, the product will be paid once it is returned to our warehouse.

The expenses generated by the return of the product will be borne by the buyer (Art. 101.1 RDLG 1/2007).

In the case of an anomaly, malfunction, breakage or damage, caused by improper handling or misuse of others, the guarantee will be exempt and the customer will have to pay all the costs of return, transport and repair.

Likewise, any manipulation of the product, opening, welding, additional wiring, foreign components will be exempt from guarantee.

 

3- DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORTATION:

At the time of delivery, the customer must ensure that the package received is externally in good condition, completely closed and without signs of tampering. Otherwise, you must record this fact on the carrier’s delivery note, reject the shipment and notify SweeTimber in writing within 24 hours.

You must inform us of any breakage or damage due to transportation by contacting our Customer Service, in writing to info@sweetimber.com, since we must have proof that there has been an incident within the stipulated period.

It is very important that you remember that we only have 24 hours to make the transport insurance effective, so you must inform us of these facts within this period by contacting our Customer Service Department, either by phone or in writing. info@sweetimber.com

Our Customer Service department will inform you of the instructions for sending the return.

4- GENERAL ASPECTS:

– The buyer will bear all shipping and return costs in any case (definitive return of the product).

– It is necessary that the product has not been used and keep its seal or original packaging intact. Packages in which any type of sticker, adhesive or similar paper has been glued by the buyer will not be accepted.

– To avoid any extra incidence, it is necessary that the smallest products (cameras, accessories, etc.) are protected by an additional external packaging and thus avoid any type of damage or manipulation of the original packaging of the product during transport.

– For larger products (televisions, appliances, etc.) an external packaging is not essential protecting the original, however, it is important that they ensure that the product is shipped properly protected inside the original box with the protections destined for This purpose (corks, porexpan, bubble wrap, etc.) and avoiding any type of manipulation in it.

5- EXCEPTIONS:

By its nature, it is excluded from any type of return of the following products:

– For reasons of hygiene, all kinds of products related to personal care, health and hygiene.

– All types of products whose seal / packaging has been damaged or opened.
